Everyone in here from the front desk to the Dr was so nice and caring. The lady at the front desk even made sure to check on me before I left. The most compassionate ER I have ever been into 100%

Rude ER Dr. didn't believe my wife was in pain. "I've been doing this 20 years and this doesn't hurt", she said. Dr tried to tell me it was anxiety. 4 hours later after a CT scan, Dr seemed more interested having learned there was an actual problem. Wife admitted but no empty beds. Had to stay in ER all night. I wouldn't leave my wife but wasn't offered a cot or even a chair with cushions. Rude nursing staff kept silencing an alarm on my wife's monitor, ignoring it instead of taking care of the problem. Doc looked very uninterested and seemed more worried about getting me out the ER than anything else.

From Franklin.. our choice to pick Iberia General ER. BEST EVER. Everytime we go. I feel welcome. Never felt like just a number.Treatment was immediate...Thank you to the ck. In staff, the drs. Nurses that treated me.Everyone was so knowledge and caring. I cant remember names....but your faces will be in my prayers.. thank you all er staff.I always feel im in great hands..sincerely and greatful...Deborah Miller
