I just came here a few days ago, the reviews I read weren’t so great upon arrival, but I have to fully disagree with the bad reviews in my own opinion. From the time I arrived, until I left, the staff were all VERY down to earth and caring. I have nothing bad to speak on them whatsoever. The wait time was quick, the labs were gentle, the staff cared about my well being. I would recommend this ER to everyone.
I was extremely impressed with the IMC ER staff yesterday. My son cut his leg pretty deeply and as soon as we walked in, he was tended to. We were in and out in about 2 hours, which included, x-rays, wound cleaning, and 10 stitches. Dr. Agu did an amazing job on the stitches and worked with care to how my son was feeling. Great job IMC!
Everyone in here from the front desk to the Dr was so nice and caring. The lady at the front desk even made sure to check on me before I left. The most compassionate ER I have ever been into 100%
Rude ER Dr. didn't believe my wife was in pain. "I've been doing this 20 years and this doesn't hurt", she said. Dr tried to tell me it was anxiety. 4 hours later after a CT scan, Dr seemed more interested having learned there was an actual problem. Wife admitted but no empty beds. Had to stay in ER all night. I wouldn't leave my wife but wasn't offered a cot or even a chair with cushions. Rude nursing staff kept silencing an alarm on my wife's monitor, ignoring it instead of taking care of the problem. Doc looked very uninterested and seemed more worried about getting me out the ER than anything else.
