Extremely impressed with the tech support provided by IBC. Thoroughly explained reasoning for what was taking place with the equipment. Called back when they said they would. Extremely appreciative as a customer.
First off I’m a plumbing and heating service technician. Second do not buy IBC boilers. The last 10 years at best, then either the heat exchanger fails and IBC will not warranty it, Or your site glass window will fail melt all the components, and obviously will not warranty it. I used to be a big believer in their stainless steel heat exchangers, And well I’ve never felt so betrayed by a company in my life after selling so many of these boilers. They are absolute garbage go buy a super hot.
