I would think twice before installing any IBC boiler product. My experience with their customer service is horrendous. They are dishonest, lied to me about their warranty coverage policy and fail to respond to requests in a timely fashion.
Very disappointed. Nobody called you back after you left a message, and nobody answered tech support. I have waited three hours.
Very disappointed with this company. Had a new boiler installed 7 years ago and have had a technician out every year to fix it. The fan went twice, leaked and fried the motherboard, it’s leaking carbon monoxide, leaking condensation again, and now told it needs replacing. IBC won’t honour 10 year warranty because we don’t have receipts that say it was serviced every two years. Purchased this IBC boiler 5-6 years ago. Since owning the thing we have experienced issues every year. Replace sensors constantly spending over 1000 a year in something that should be reliable and an investment over 15000 dollars. Could buy a car with that….: I do no recommend their products they are a money pit and you would be stupid to get into something like this. ibc boilers literally break every year. every winter expect to pay 800$+ to replace a part on the boiler. after you spent 15000+ to install the damn thing. they never have any stock parts anyways so you must wait a couple days without heat and hot water just waiting for a replacement. dont listen to your plumbers trying to replace your furnace for a "green energy saver that will save you money in the long run." scammers trying to upsell you a shitty product. STAY AWAY FROM IBCBOILERS!
