Multiple issues after only 1 year with the boiler!
Boiler seems good - just 1.5 years new... had an ingition module fry during an eclectical storm. IBC helped diagnose the issue and recommended the part to replace. Had to find the warranteed part thru a 3rd party with no help from IBC, buy the part, and now IBC is not reimbursing me for the warranteed part I had to buy. Installation was no problem, and they should also be on the hook for the labor. But crickets when I send them emails asking where is the reimbursement? Bottom line--- IBC does not stand behind their warranty.
I would think twice before installing any IBC boiler product. My experience with their customer service is horrendous. They are dishonest, lied to me about their warranty coverage policy and fail to respond to requests in a timely fashion.
Very disappointed. Nobody called you back after you left a message, and nobody answered tech support. I have waited three hours.
