On August 18 at approximately 11:20 a.m. Eastern Time, I contacted IBC Mortgage at 1-855-505-8979 and spoke with Jackie V. regarding a simple question about our HELOC. Our interest-only payment period was ending, and our new payment would begin including principal. The automated phone system, when you need to call, is extremely complicated — too many instructions and too many keypad prompts, yet in the end it leads nowhere. The automated payment system is also unclear. I truly regret dealing with the mess of this bank.

Got a great rate on a 15 year note back in 22' but when your in a pinch and paying late they have ZERO options - Now every month we see a 10K late fee

I am a young black male 27 years of age. I met and agreed with an employee (mike) to come to Inc mortgage to repair his windshield. When I arrived I was completely discriminated against and lied to by the receptionist and a higher up.Troy or terry cant remember his name . They did not try to help figure things out instead they encouraged me to leave them proceed to call the police on me.
