Got a great rate on a 15 year note back in 22' but when your in a pinch and paying late they have ZERO options - Now every month we see a 10K late fee

I am a young black male 27 years of age. I met and agreed with an employee (mike) to come to Inc mortgage to repair his windshield. When I arrived I was completely discriminated against and lied to by the receptionist and a higher up.Troy or terry cant remember his name . They did not try to help figure things out instead they encouraged me to leave them proceed to call the police on me. This was my first time purchasing a home and having nobody to guide it, honestly it was quite rough. I was working with Thuy at the time and all I can say is that she went above and beyond. Not only did she answered all of my questions and concerns, but she also guided me through the general process. I highly recommend Thuy if anybody were to need dedicated person like her.
