The 1 and only teller when I approached at 9:10AM said they weren't open yet as she made me wait for 5 minutes as she inputted a long list of numbers into the system. After being told the paycheck dated 2 business days prior I had in my hand couldn't be cashed, and that the funds wouldn't be available for 1-2 days I asked her manager to close my account. The manager said she couldn't do that. Worst bank ever.
Worst bank I have ever banked with! Period! They are in the middle of a class action lawsuit right now for fraud! They steal your money when you are broke! No joke...they get you with overdraft fees. They’ll put a fraudulent charge to keep over drafting your account! Last but not least Their head banker Albert.....again Albert is a scam artist!!!!!
Worst bank ever! I opened an account with IBC. A Rep came to our workplace to offer employees a chance to open an account with them. I gave in and opened it as a secondary account for my savings. This was a month before my wedding. I never got a card and was locked out of my online account from day one. A few months pass and i get a call from a debt collector saying my account was closed with IBC due to inactivity because i never used the account. I ended up losing the money i put in and had to PAY money in fees to a account... read more
Very nice branch, little to no wait with transactions. And THE BEST customer service. 10/10 would go again.
