I love going to this IBC Very friendly. Very fast considering it’s always busy. The tellers are great. The officers are great. This is my go to bank now I saw a teller go out of her way to assist an elderly woman who just kept asking the same question over and over and over. The teller went out her way to print her statements and explain in great detail I have to admit I was getting frustrated because the line was getting longer but I had to stop and think If this was my grandmother , this is how o hope she gets treated Best... read more
If I could give this bank less than 1 star I would. My family has been with this bank for many years. In the last year, I and my sister have become my mother's primary care takers since she has been diagnosed with dementia. Her retirement check goes into that account with IBC. They allowed a person that is not has not been part of our family to drain her account with out any paperwork no nothing. We/my sister and I and my mother have gone 4 times to the bank to have access to her money, we've provided 2 Power of attorney doc... read more
Pretty great experience!!!
This bank is full of untrained employees. I’ve been coming to this bank for over a year for a cashiers check, yet they denied me service from a so called supervisor and a new employee who didn’t even know her supervisor’s name. This bank is a joke.
IBC bank I'm giving them a 0 star because they don't do their job they don't deposit their checks until they want to They do more BS
