Terrible bank. I banked with them for nearly 10 years. When I went to exchange currency for a vacation overseas, they tried to gouge me on the exchange rate. I got the teller on a 3 way call with the main office to find out why and all they would say is Thats what we charge. I switched all my accounts to another bank that day and havent missed IBC at all.
Dont bank here. Trust me they have the worst customer service ever and they never want to help you with any problems or help get your money back when things go wrong. STAY AWAY FROM IBC!!!
Its hard to be objective. I had an account with this bank since I was a teenager but they recently got bought by a Texas Company called IBC. I have never bounched a check in my life until they got bought out. See unlike most banks IBC subtracts your debts before they add your deposits. Even when your depost was made on the same day and before you used your check card. So you make a depost with plenty of money in the account (even if its cash) and go spend some money at the store.
