You know it's easy for a bank to take your money but in regards to when they owe you off a mishap off there own owe we will get back to you in few days and you call us for that 35 dollar credit you you you Where is the customer service banks use too give us it just like chilvery gone and forgotten hey look at your average reviews not too good u better wake and smell the coffee we are all going to leave u unemployed if you keep up this nonsense
I go out of my way to go to this bank to take care of my business needs. I have used other banks in the area, but decided on IBC. Most times I go through the ATM and its quick, but sometimes I go in just because I enjoy talking to them and the friendliness of the staff. They know me and greet me by my first name. Chanel and others always make sure I am taken care of. At times, there was a hold on checks. They were always upfront so I appreciate that.
I usually use the atm but today I needed to go inside to make a loan payment. It literally took 30 minutes, 3 ppl, and a phone call to process it!! If you don’t have to deal with the ppl in the bank its great, other than that it sucks!!
