Branch manager is completely incompetent and does know what the h*** he’s talking about and needs to be fired and I’m so glad his branch is closing down. -5 stars go to the downtown location if at all possible.
Rude bank management. This branch doesn't care about customer service please IBC account holders do yourself a favor and stay away from this IBC branch of rude people.
