Brought in vehicle for something that should take less than 2 hours. Ibbs Auto Service kept my vehicle for over a week without contacting me or updating me. When I received my vehicle back, it was tampered with and had parts removed from it. You thought you could outsmart me but you only fooled yourself. Shame on the owner and workers who were involved in this.
They fix what needs to be fixed and don’t try to do more work then necessary. Great place to go.
