Yuri and his wonderful team finished renovating 2 of my upstairs bathrooms. Oleg is so talented and an artist - we enjoyed seeing him everyday and appreciated his hard work. We have worked with Yuri years ago and when we moved to our new place, we knew he would be the only contractor we trusted. Thank you for our new bathrooms - I’d highly recommend Yuri as your next contractor!
Yuri and his fabulous team of professionals created a beautiful custom walk-in shower for me including a gorgeous custom shower bench. I had some special requirements and he went above and beyond to address them. He also understands and respects budgets and makes every effort to come up with a high quality solution that falls within budget, and he excels at explaining what can and cannot realistically be accomplished. You can tell that these people care. Although I never had work done, my experience with Yuri was pleasant and helpful. Customer service MATTERS, and I appreciate the care and great (free) advice I recieved. When I do get my bathroom done, bathrooms will be my top pick!
We are so pleased with the new look of our main bathroom. Yuri was fantastic. Always very helpful from the design selection to the finishing touches. He responds to questions right away. Oleg worked long days to ensure the work was well done and done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.
I am not impressed with this company at all. They do not send anyone out to provide a quote. They ask for photos and apparently provide a quote just by looking at them? I am completely uncomfortable with doing this and dealing with a renovation company in this way. I feel that all renovation jobs need more care and the ability to have someone present to fully explain the job requirements. You cannot see everything in photos (i.e. insulation issues).
