This truck had the cover opened and a bunch of pebbles fell out thus hitting my car. I was driving besides him. When I confronted the driver he said I should be 200 feet behind him. No accountability whatsoever
A truck heading On the 23 freewaySouth Freeway today, 5/11/26, at 1:15 PMwas pulling a big trailer with what look like sand, but without a cover across it. Thus all the cars behind the truck and trailer we're getting blasted with pebbles and small dust particles.
