We noticed the pallets outside and inquired purchase options. We noticed a female taking inventory yet she stated she didn't want to misquote and got Bob. Bob drove up on forklift quoting us at $8.00 per. We're driving an SUV so will rent a truck in future to make our project happen. Frfr we have searched Beumont to El Paso for pallets and each facility told us that boilerplate "we can't" or "not me" then we move along. Customer service at Synergy is outstanding.

Worst place to pickup a load. Avoid if you can. Disrespectful manager, no respect to truck drivers at all. Super tiny entrance, parking on street, parking in the dock from street, when leaving the facility, don’t turn right! Turn left, there will be a u turn. No signs for drivers. Avoid !!!!!
