I ordered a 66" single sink vanity from Wayfair. They cancelled delivery twice and then on the 3rd attempt called to say it was severely damaged. Wayfair left me in a really bad position considering we had contractors showing up the following week to do the bathroom. Called up IB Tools and said I need them to do a "solid" and get me the same vanity in a week. Slava and the amazing team at IB said they will make it happen. They did and exceeded our expectations. Excellent quality and great customer service.
Incredible vanity and great experience. I customized many aspects with a non standard length, different BM colour, a thicker countertop, and running a different door style on the top row of drawers versus the bottom. They were all accommodated for a very reasonable price. The vanity was built and delivered very quickly. I am so happy with it. It is built out of solid wood, and has soft close drawers. I have and will continue to recommend to everyone. A great find!!

Even my contractor, who has seen it all, was impressed by the quality of the vanity I ordered. And I'm not sure why some people claimed to have bad experiences with customer service; everything was smooth, and communication was consistent.
