This is our floor after living in our home just over 3 years. We closed in June of 22. One of the punch list items they have failed to resolve on multiple occasions and even stopped returning our emails. Our front door is warped and they refused to fix it. Their installation person told us the door was delaminating and they would be in touch with the builder and they would get back to us. That was almost 1.5 years ago.
