My car was stolen on Christmas night 2023 and iauto collision in Spindale, is still working on it! 3 months and no car! Edgar, manager there was rude, disrespectful, did not even know what was going on with my car and hung up on me!! Really?? WOW, that's professional, huh?? I will never take another wrecked car there again!

I have used iAuto Collision since before the beginning. They have always gone way above the industry standard and done it as if you are a member of their family. I have had 5 vehicles that have used their services and will go no where else. I have had others before, but the job and paint other "named" company's did inferior work and used inferior products (ie. paint shot after 3 years). I have one vehicle that iAuto did that after 11 yrs paint looks like just done. You go any where else you will regret it.
Shout out too iAuto for helping me big time! Thank you to everyone that fixed my car awhile back and also to Charlie for working with me!

I just want to say that IAuto is awesome. They do great work, the customer service is beyond awesome and they keep you updated regularly on the progress of your repair. I will always take my car there!!!! I am never disappointed
