I would leave a zero or negative if could. The feild adjuster was friendly to my face. Denied the claim for not securing the roof after the claim. The metal was folder back in two spot. Do not buy this warranty through a dealership or directly I just bought a certified jaguar from Crown Jaguar in Saint Pete Florida had the car three days and took it back because the tire had a leak and they told me that they were going to patch it. They told me I had to call IAS directly. I spoke to the woman for 15 minute she grilled me about this tire and in the end she said it’s denied she would deny the claim because we weren’t sure what caused the hole in the tire! if you get a chance shop this warranty around and use ... read more
I had to live in my yard, yes my yard, slept in my car for weeks. Had to buy a storage shed to put a bed in to be able to lay down and sleep. Cold weather is not good to be in 24-7 when in bad health. I had to call them all the time because they never called me to let me know what was going on. You would expect better when you pay for insurance. They should be more concerned about the people who have them for their coverage.
