Wish I had read the reviews before renting with Iapproved. Paul is extremely aggressive and unreasonable in how he communicates. I received my property in disgusting condition and would be concerned as an owner having them manage my property.
Just moved down from my home town to Brisbane with my other half and went through iapproved for our first rental. They were very professional, communicated excellently and were very accommodating to us answering any and all queries. They were very quick to action maintenance requests to the point where I had tradesmen coming to rectify issues within hours of the request. My partner and I just made the move from our home town down to Brisbane and our first rental was from this agency. I cannot praise them enough for how accommodating and professional they were towards us. Brooke Coonan was our property manager and she was BEYOND amazing.
