I have had so many problems with my digital thermostat. I had issues the day after it was installed, and I couldn't turn my air on (summer in Florida). My apartment community was able to fix it the next day, but now it has been offline for 2 weeks, and customer service has been less than helpful. I cannot connect through the app, with no resolution in sight.
Terrible Product, worse customer service, topping it all off with being very expensive. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
So happy the complex I live at installed these systems. Great to know what not to go with in the future. I love coming home to a hot apartment in Arizona.
Change my mind. Kelly just gives a bunch of excuses and doesn’t actually follow through and actually fix things.
DO NOT ISE !!!!! From top to bottom the service and quality of the product is terrible.
