Pad Thai was good! Especially after a hike, solid place to refuel. The Panang curry was watery, the spices were well balanced though.

Note: review of food truck - not the restaurant. Give this place some love! Awesome Thai food. They have an orange food truck now, in the Waimea parking area next to the old sugar mill. Hint: they can add chicken or shrimp to any vegetarian dish on menu, just ask! Note to owner: please display meat options on the menu, because Pad Thai and other items read like they're meatless. The food here was one of the highlights of our trip this time around. Incredible find in Waimea. They give you this special app that you have no idea what it is on crackers but it goes down so ono. The garlic orange chicken will be talked about in our family for years to come. If you're out on the Westside, give this place a go. Free Thai iced tea with cash!
