As far as Mr Iansmith, he is a very compassionate and caring doctor. Going on to his office personnel. They are very rude and short. The doctor came to see me in the hospital a few times. Gave me his card and asked me to give him a call. He said he was going to help me to find a good primary doctor and another specialist. The ladies in the office, have very nasty attitudes and refused to give the doctor my message. This is not very professional, not very caring and downright rude and disrespectful. Dr. Iansmith is the most compassionate, knowledgeable & reliable doctor I’ve ever known. He took excellent care of my parents and now he’s taking excellent care of me. I don’t have to wait as long as I used to but he’s worth every minute. He truly is one of a kind.
He is the best cardiologist around Memphis! My wife struggled for 3 years going to another cardiologist and wasn’t getting better. Her PCP wanted her to go for a second opinion with Dr Iansmith and she is so thankful she did!!! He has changed her life and she feels so much better!
