Ian's experience saved me thousands of dollars. My furnace decided cause a great deal of stress by sounding as if it was going to explode when it turned on. The first Furnace company I contacted came out said it was the burners, and when asked if they could be replaced or cleaned I was told 'No, you need a new furnace. I can send a quote'. I wasn't satisfied with this answer, and the problem was getting worse. I called another company and had another technician come out. Most Honest Contractor After 10 years of having Ian service our furnace and tankless water heater, he discovered that the heat exchanger was cracked. He brought in a new furnace and when dismantling the old one discovered that the exchanger was not cracked. We were presented with the option of putting the old one back in place and return the new one at no cost to us, or install the new one. This is honesty and integrity. He continues to service out furnace and tankless water heater.

Ian was prompt and told me everything he was going to do before he started working. He also saved me a few hundred dollars by isolating a leak that only required a minor repair. Very experienced and knows his products. Highly recommended !
