I phoned Ian with a toilet flush problem with a view to replacing older equipment. Ian said he was quite local to me at the moment and called round within the hour. He said he would quote for replacement equipment but that the problem might be just a simple blockage between cistern and toilet bowl. He was correct with his advice and saved me the expense of renewing equipment. Genuine helpful plumber (I was impressed)
I would highly recommend very professional competitively quoted was reliable punctual Went Field and beyond to deliver or expectations on a quality bathroom. We changed our mind on numerous occasions about the specification of the new bathroom. Ian and his colleague bridgerton were very understanding unaccommodated or every need would highly recommend. Sadly, price quoted for materials was not clarified by Ian (we bought the bulk .. shower cubicle,toilet, trims etc.. as specified by Ian) . Ian refused later to explain £740 charge for plumber materials for replacing shower unit and toilet in same places/no further work etc. But actually it wasn’t completed .. Ian left our house on last day without telling us .. leaving a long ( 5ft) unsightly tiling gap by side of shower ..his colleague who was left to tidy, advised us to fix it ourselves with a plastic architrave or take i... read more
Unfortunately Ian didn't turn up for arranged appointment or contact me to let me know or rearrange appointment so that's the reason for the poor review
