DR White is very thorough and very caring and I had great success with my surgery
My husband had spinal fusion surgery few months ago; now we are having difficulty getting information from the staff about specific strengths of screws as another mri is needed. We call and leave messages; the staff is supposed to respond within 72 hours. Called on July 23 and July 30…currently it is August 5 and still no response. Far beyond a 72 hour call back window.
Dr. White is amazing. Great care for his patients. Amazing surgeon. I know back surgery can be scary, but Dr. White put my mind at ease and now I feel better than ever!
Dr. Ian White operated on my back, fusing L3, L4 and L5 vertebrae. The process starts meeting with his PA. She asked questions, explained the kind of surgery that will most likely be offered and she answered all of our questions. When we met with Dr. White, he explained the procedure very well and did not sugar coat the pain that one can experience with this kind of surgery.
