I brought my 2021 Land Cruiser TroopCarrier into Ian Weigh Toyota in Rockhampton today just to get my radio checked due to Bluetooth connection issues. From the start, I was met with a rude staff member and given inconsistent information. I was told I’d only be charged $187 if there was “rodent damage” to the wiring.
