Im sure the people doing the actual work do a great job, but it certainly is dissapointing when they are let down by the administration team. I delivered my car earlier than requested so thats on me, but I had to. The window for the service was 6 and a half hours, which I accepted; drop at 10am pick up a 4:30pm. Figured it was going to be in for roughly that duration, car went in at 3:34pm. There customer service is useless when we took our car to them for a recall on the intake valve for which we were told by reception was affecting our car an also to diagnose the computer for there was a problem with the car throwing an engine code, nothing was done they reset the code on our car an didn't even look at the intake valve. The customer service rep at reception was smug and arrogant and did not listen to my concerns. It cost me $180 to reset the computer code and nothing was achieved. I brought my 2021 Land Cruiser TroopCarrier into Ian Weigh Toyota in Rockhampton today just to get my radio checked due to Bluetooth connection issues. From the start, I was met with a rude staff member and given inconsistent information. I was told I’d only be charged $187 if there was “rodent damage” to the wiring. On return, there was no such damage, yet I was still charged the $187 for simply checking it. This isn’t even the issue I have. Upon hoping in my car, I found 20km had been added to my odometer. Sasha in Service was amazing! Her communication was excellent, and she just made things happen seamlessly. She has a great phone manner and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A truly standout experience!
