Extremely Disappointed IAN WEIGH TOYOTA ROCKHAMPTON I bought my car from this dealership in 2025, so I expected much better service and support. I have no complaint about the first bill itself. However, the first visit already took considerable time to investigate the SRS/seat-belt pretensioner warning. Then, only about two months later, the same SRS warning came back. Just went there for car service. Waiting for car to bring others, me and my husband home. When Im about to go inside the car, she just drove without checking ( the door at the back is still open)she run over my right foot. It's good I quickly pulled out my foot and left my shoes under the wheel when she stopped because I shout. I even ask her to reverse to get my shoes caught under the wheel. It's a near miss for an accident.
