I received a referral from my GP for a Colonoscopy. The process of booking in and the nurse appointment didn’t run smoothly to say the least. I was also surprised that an appointment with the Specialist is not standard. “He will introduce himself before the procedure”. I understand this may be an efficient practise but not very patient centred. I cannot review the procedure or Dr as I made the decision to cancel and find a new specialist.
Dr. Zabdiel Samidurai and the incredible nursing team provided exceptional care. Their professionalism and attention to detail made me feel completely supported throughout my treatment. The facility was clean and modern. Highly recommend!
Have had quite a few procedures done by Dr. Webb over the years and have never had any problems. He has always been polite and friendly to me and I would have no hesitation in seeing him again !!
I’ve been seeing ian for 6/7 years now and he’s amazing. Super fast, always on time, very thorough and always extremely lovely. 10/10 recommend seeing Ian.
