My appointments with Dr. Udell have been very good. He has always made me feel comfortable and taken time to explain what is happening. Never has he hurried through my appointment. In fact your whole clinic is tops. I have recommended it to one of my friends and will recommend you to any one I know that needs an urologist Bill
Very Pleased with Dr Udell. He took the time during a long Lithotripsy to make sure all the big stones in my Kidney were reduced to sand/gravel so I can pass them much easier. It was a 3 hour ordeal that went pretty well. I trust that Dr to take care of me as I know he will. I've had other Urologists cause me alot of pain but Dr Udell reaffirmed my trust in Urologists. Amazing caring staff. Dr Udell is the best. His demeanor and compassion diminished the fear of my prognosis. Very professional. His ability to bring me to excellent health was outstanding.
My daughter Sue, was referred to Dr Udell. In February he did a surgical procedure, a tube which was supposed to stay in a short time. She had multiple visits to the emergency room because of pain. They prescribed antibiotics. Just this last week she was admitted to the hospital because the tube was infected. It should have been taken out long before this happened. Would not recommend him at all.
Ian showed him self both a professional and informative with my prostate biopsy procedure. It went way better than I expected. He talked to me in language that i could follow. I would recommend him to all especially if you are a little nervous. He was very kind through this all. I am sorry to see him leaving
