I just worked with Ian to buy my first home . Thanks to Ian the process went smoothly .There was never any pressure to purchase any of the properties we had viewed and he was always honest about each of the homes we looked at . Ian was very patient and extremely responsive to any questions/texts I had. I felt he was always looking out for my best interest . Thanks to him I now have a place to call my own .

My husband and I worked with Ian to purchase our first home in December 2020. Ian is professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He was intentional in breaking down all of the real estate jargon and processes in a way that was more easily understood by my husband and I.
