First time customer, replaced front brakes, calipers, rotors, oil change and inspection. Called the shop Wednesday night, they had me in Thursday morning. Diagnosed the problem, called me at 2pm told me the issue and said it would be ready by the end of the day. Impressive. Competitive pricing as well, an asset to our community. Many thanks.

I've reviewed Tait's before, but have to do it again. Called yesterday to book an appointment because the brake warning light on dashboard was intermittently coming on. The fellow who answered the phone (Mike) suggested I bring it down right away so he could at least confirm the brake fluid wasn't dangerously low. (What dealership service dep't would do that??) He checked, topped up the brake fluid, checked the tire pressure, topped that up too and said I could go a couple more months before replacing the brake pads. When I ... read more
