Ian is the best realtor you can hope to get. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. If you have questions he's always available to talk you through it. He even fixed some things in my apartment so that everything would be in perfect condition before we put it on the market. He cares about the people he works with. In a city like this you'd be lucky to have a gem like Ian on your side.
