Very dissapointing and upsetting experience. Got a quote for two crowns over the phone and scheduled an appointment for cleaning next week. Told them that I would like to think about the crowns, but would like to keep the cleaning appointment. Got a call back from the office 10 minutes later, cancelling my appointment and telling me to go back to my other dentist. I find this strange that a dentist gets offended by a patient wanting to think about finance side of an expensive procedure. Very rude and UNAMERICAN!
