First off, I was in a time constraint to sell my home. It had been listed prior to Ian Olson becoming my agent; it was listed way above the market price-all things considered such as size of home, location etc. It had sat on the market for 45 days or so with only two showings close to the end of those LONG DAYS! Ian did an amazing job when helping me sell my home. Ian helped me to be very successful in getting many interested buyers that were able to come see the home and had an open house for me. Ian has always been great with communication and always being available to answer any questions I had. Ian is always supportive and excited to offer any help he can give to assist in the goal, which was selling my home. I also appreciate Ian's honesty and encouragement. I feel like Ian gave 110% for sure. The photos were amazing as well!
