Ian Olson was our realtor and was awesome on all levels. Our first time selling a home so needed lots of guidance and direction. Ian was ALWAYS there to explain or answer all my questions (and there were many) He was prompt and kind and polite. Our sale was done remotely & Ian explained each step and things could not have gone any smoother. Put up on Market April 25th and was sold & closed by May 23rd . By that time we felt like we had a new friend. Would surely recommend Ian to anyone.
