I went into Ian Metz Bodyworks Massage shaped like a stale pretzel and left feeling like a freshly unfolded beach towel. Ian somehow found muscles I didn’t even know I owned and convinced them to stop filing complaints against me. At one point I’m pretty sure my shoulder made the Windows startup sound. Professional, calming, and alarmingly effective. Five stars. My spine has started sending him thank-you notes.
This massage I got yesterday was wonderful. I had no body aches this morning when I woke up this morning. I dont remember the last time I woke up without any pain in my body any where. Thank you Ian. See you soon.
Ian was great! Used different techniques to get to the core of my pain/ problem area...highly recommend him!!
