I have known Dr.Malm for over 4 or 5 years. All I have seen from him is kindness, respect and knowledge. I had a vocal cords surgery and ear, nose problems. He is always there for me, going above and beyond his normal routine to help me. Really amazing Doctor. I am so sorry for the other reviews and what they suffered.
Told me I did not need a tube. Told me it was fibromyalgia and grinding of the teeth. I received a second opinion and had to go to Hastings and have the fluid sucked out of my ear and a tube put in. I went through unnecessary pain.
This man told me my swollen parotid gland was from me grinding my teeth. No, I don't. Now, 4 yrs later after all the pain and misery of a swollen face a REAL ENT has scheduled surgery. Apparently this is a serious issue which Dr Malm deemed "normal". Thanks for absolutely NOTHING ..
