Dr Ian M Sambur seemed to be knowledgeable in his profession. However, he was unpleasant to speak with, rude and sarcastic.
Saw Dr. Sambur and he was great, seemed pretty thorough. I took away a star for the amount of times I've been left on hold. I've probably called 4 times and waited on hold from 15-30+ min each time and never got through to anyone.
Dr. Ian Sambur is such a kind doctor! The entire office is very sweet, made my daughter feel super comfortable and welcomed. He is very thorough and has explained all the future steps with my daughters diagnosis. Would recommend to friends and family!
Last week my daughter had appt with Dr. Sambur because after having two back to back ear infections she started to lose her hearing. Dr. Sambur had hearing test done after seeing lots of fluid in both ears and thought it was best my daughter have ears drained and tubes placed immediately to aid in the draining process. He did it right there at the office. I can say with certainty that my daughter’s hearing is getting better each day. Would highly recommend Dr. Sambur and his amazing staff.
