Dr. Ian Sambur is such a kind doctor! The entire office is very sweet, made my daughter feel super comfortable and welcomed. He is very thorough and has explained all the future steps with my daughters diagnosis. Would recommend to friends and family!
Last week my daughter had appt with Dr. Sambur because after having two back to back ear infections she started to lose her hearing. Dr. Sambur had hearing test done after seeing lots of fluid in both ears and thought it was best my daughter have ears drained and tubes placed immediately to aid in the draining process. I called the office at 830 this morning and I got my appointment at 130 this afternoon. I did wait for about 35 minutes. But hey that’s normal at most offices nowadays. He came in he was friendly with my wife and I. He addressed my issue. He said we could do a bunch of tests but agreed with me that my problem wasn’t severe enough to send me though the tests. Had a followup visit today with Dr. Sambur. He was arrogant and rude. He was very rushed with me (it appears that his schedule is overbooked - but that should not affect my medical care). He wanted to increase medication for me but when I asked him to explain why he tossed heavy duty medical jargon at me. I asked him to explain in plain english and he refused to do so, and then rushed out of the room. I will never go back!
