Ian is a very kind, sympathetic, levelheaded and gentle psychologist. I felt much better after I shared my pain and worries in his office. He gave me a couple of pearls of wisdom in response: ‘Don’t compare to other people. Your pain is your pain’, and ‘Locus of Control vs Locus of Concern’, both of which helped me. I will speak with him again, I am sure. Recommended.
