I have worked in the hospital setting as a speech-swallow therapist for 35 years. Dr. Logan gets an A+ from me: personality, knowledge, intelligence. We need so many more like him.
I've had two procedures done by Doctor Logan. One back in 2020 and one a couple weeks ago. Dr. Logan is a fantastic and caring doctor. I cannot speak more highly of him and his staff. They were so kind and answered all and every question I had along the way. The morning of my procedure, the Sutter staff was efficient and welcoming from the woman who greeted me and gathered my information to the RN's that prepped me. Dr. Logan has given me one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. To start, he is the farthest thing from personable and could care less about how his patients are feeling. He is a doctor that is lacking in empathy so much so that his apathy is almost insulting, talking to him is like talking to a robot. If that’s not bad enough, his front desk is even worse, just plain rude, condescending, and not willing to go the slightest out of their way to help you. Dr Logan is a great doctor! He is very personable and listens attentively to any issue you may have. It can take a little bit of time to get an initial appointment with him but his staff will put you on a waitlist and inform you if they have a cancellation.
Hes a wonderful doc&caring person&answers all my questionswith honesty
