Used Ian’s services a number of times now. I would highly recommend always does a fantastic job
I hired this plumber to complete two tasks: fit a valve to stop water from entering my bathroom (the main reason I called him) and fix the toilet, which was running into the bowl. We initially agreed on £80 for both jobs. However, he only fixed the toilet and then demanded £120, claiming it was a "good deal" for just the toilet repair while refusing to install the valve as agreed.
