My father purchased a home here in Lakewood Ranch and used Ian Greenberg as his realtor. Ian found my father exactly what he wanted and made the whole process so easy for him! Ian was able to do this with my father purchasing the house out of state. Ian was such a pleasure to have and was able to guide my father during the purchase of his home. I would highly recommend Ian Greenberg to all my family and friends! It was a great experience to have him as our realtor from start to finish!

Ian Greenberg was my realtor for selling my home in Lakewood Ranch. I would highly recommend Ian. He is so professional, knowledgeable, highly motivated and so easy to work with. He went above and beyond during my whole experience with the listing. Every phone call and text I made to him he answers immediately. I got feedback right away. He promoted my house in a very successful way. I will only use Ian for any future real state plans. I was very pleased and happy with my experience with Ian Greenberg as my realtor!

Ian is great! He helped us find our dream house on Longboat Key, which was not easy for him because of our desire to have it all, but on a budget! We started talking to Ian when we were 3-5 years from retirement. We told him we were in no hurry to buy, but just wanted to get a sense for the market in order to validate our budget. I selected Ian to sell my home and I couldn't be more pleased. I have bought and sold many homes but never did I have an agent who was so professional, and who always gave me straight answers to direct questions. Too often had previous agents told me what they thought I wanted to hear. In my experience, that's not Ian. Ian has helped me sell and buy a few properties in Sarasota and Longboat Key. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, patient and transparent.
