Paid pre-delivery fee. Microwave didn’t work had to be replaced on pick up. Refrigerator didn’t work on 250v told to find someone to fix it in WA - 5 days delay and 500ks. Finally replaced in Victoria as did not work on auto. Drawer locks failed - one lock broke and we had to remove drawer and replace each time we travelled. Door closer on shower has failed 3 times. We had a wonderful experience. The staff are excellent with there positions. They are welcoming to greet you. They made us feel welcoming. Explained everything to us.. left there feeling we would be ok with towing.. They helped us with our enquiries. Very helpful to them for showing us the right way to do things.. Thanku. Give them a go. Ask Ur questions they are happy to answer .
Me and my wife put a deposit down for one of there caravans but unfortunately we were not able to go through with it. But I'm telling you there customer service was absolutely incredible!!! We were treated like a loving family and we only just met the crew. My deposit was given back with no hassle what so ever, there communication was fantastic!! even though we did not buy a caravan, I am giving them this score for all they have done. What can we say, even after a little hicup the way it was dealt with could not be faulted in any way. Our first ever caravan purchase and we could not recommend any higher than the team at Ian Grants caravans, and the handover going through it all from Ash was an absolute delight and very well done.
