Picked up our essentials cruiser,the whole experience was amazing and all where so helpful,the van was immaculate and so well priced Thankyou so much Ian Grants
Paid pre-delivery fee. Microwave didn’t work had to be replaced on pick up. Refrigerator didn’t work on 250v told to find someone to fix it in WA - 5 days delay and 500ks. Finally replaced in Victoria as did not work on auto. Drawer locks failed - one lock broke and we had to remove drawer and replace each time we travelled. Door closer on shower has failed 3 times. Manufacturing fault where waste in shower is not installed in the lowest point which is moulded to have waste installed - will not fix as they have said there is... read more
We had a wonderful experience. The staff are excellent with there positions. They are welcoming to greet you. They made us feel welcoming. Explained everything to us.. left there feeling we would be ok with towing.. They helped us with our enquiries. Very helpful to them for showing us the right way to do things.. Thanku. Give them a go. Ask Ur questions they are happy to answer .
Me and my wife put a deposit down for one of there caravans but unfortunately we were not able to go through with it. But I'm telling you there customer service was absolutely incredible!!! We were treated like a loving family and we only just met the crew. My deposit was given back with no hassle what so ever, there communication was fantastic!! even though we did not buy a caravan, I am giving them this score for all they have done.
