Ian helped us navigate our first home purchase and our move to LA from SF. He was nothing short of amazing in coordinating everything, including some renovation work in our home before we moved in, and answering all of our questions. He was patient, kind, and very honest (we never felt that he was pushing us towards a purchase, and actually pressed us to think hard before making our offer). Closing was a breeze. We are very grateful for everything he did and will contact him again as soon as we are ready to move.
