Ian was awesome. With us living out of province, Ian was willing to go look at the places that we were interested in with us on video chat so we could have a virtual walkthrough while giving his professional opinions. I'm sure he's a busy guy, but we always felt like he was putting us first and was able to get us what we were looking for. Would absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a hard-working yet laid back professional.

Ian is an absolute pleasure to work with! He is knowledgeable and so very patient! He walked us through our first time buying experience and made us feel like it was a breeze! I highly recommend him in your future house buying or selling venture! Extremely professional and just a great guy! Hands down, BEST experience ever!
Ian Elliot is very professional and yet laid back. ( Not pushy, Very personable & Under standing of you wants and needs ) Anything we wanted to look at it wasn't a issue. Even all the way down to Red Deer area. He is knowledgeable and was straight up honest while we were looking at places as we didn't really know what to look for.
