Very friendly staff. ☺️ I was traveling through and they fixed my glasses for free even though I didn't buy my glasses there. I am very satisfied. Thank you!
Highly recommend! The receptionists were very friendly, making the booking process seamless. Before my appointment, a staff member conducted different eye tests on me, and Dr. David Olver took it from there. He ran a few additional tests, went through all the results with me, explained the diagnosis and its cause, and patiently answered all my questions. I was really impressed with the level of service and care I received.
I traveled from Germany to India. The frame of my glasses broke there. I only had a few days there and had a makeshift replacement with me. In Manly I went to the optician. And I received outstanding service there. Everyone took great care of me and found a suitable frame. Which wasn't easy because my lenses had a special shape. Everything was measured. The lenses were made to fit within a very short time and I am extremely satisfied. I can only recommend the experts.
Big shoutout to the team at Ian Donald on the Corso in Manly. Called in today while passing with my Mum visiting from the UK. She had really bad eye pain, receptionist fitted her in without an appointment straight away and the Optometrist removed a tiny shell from under her eyelid that had got lodged. Fabulous service and transformed the rest of her day, thanks so much to you all 5*
