Over the 3 years I was renting their property, hands down the best real estate I’ve had to deal with, staff are very lovely and polite.
Extremely happy with my dealings with the team at Ian Clark Real Estate. Very friendly and competent staff, easy to communicate with and all enquiries and maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner.
Property management is spot on. They have good tradesman on standby for any renovations/maintenance. I wasted 18 months with different property managers. I’d Recommend Ian Clarke Real estate to anyone in the TSV region.
