I had a follow-up appointment on July 14th. The ride-hailing car I ordered was cancelled twice, so I arrived 30 minutes late; however, Dr. Ian Sando and Kaelan still welcomed me warmly. Dr. Sando was wearing scrubs—it looked like he was in the middle of a busy schedule, and I felt very apologetic.
