Dr. Giles, was very thorough, and listened to my concerns, before examining and diagnosing. He was also friendly and courteous.
Dr. Giles and staff including Mallory are the best.
I am very glad that i found the best primary doctor who is great listener, thoughtful, well-informed, caring, and professional for my well-being for a couple years now. Especially impressed with staff very hospitably and kindness toward people with the disability like me as profoundly deaf patient.
