My parents who have both passed away went to Dr. Boykin I go to Dr. Boykin’s office. It’s been over 14 years that we’ve been with this practice and I love them However, today when I called and got the answering service, Maria was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. The answering service is an extension of the practice, they’re dealing with sick people and I think patience should be part of their job description.
