I had a flat tire on my Africa Twin and needed a new tube shortly before our ferry to Amsterdam departed. When I called, I was assured that they could help me, despite a staff shortage. Two hours later, we arrived in Bedlington and were warmly welcomed by Ronnie, who took my bike. A short time later, everything was sorted, and we reached our ferry on time. Can't thank the lads at this place enough. My scooter was un-driveable due to a flat tyre that came off the bead. At first, they said they couldn't help me due to the type of bike it is. I was worried as it's my only form of transport and I live miles away from my place of employment. They decided to have a look for me anyways and see what they could do and they picked me and my scooter up quickly. After they had a look, they said they'd have it fixed by Monday.
