Just went back to my first class in about a year and it felt so familiar. I felt at home again, the atmosphere was great, the vibes were nice and the knowledge was needed!
Been trying to schedule open pole for the longest. I don’t need an instructor. I’ve gotten no call back
I absolutely Love this place. The owner, Blaze and instructors are passionate, kind and patient. I always feel welcomed when I come. I suggest, when taking the Lyra class, wear pants/tights and bring padded gloves, like weight lifting gloves. They are a tremendous help when using the lyra hoops. The class is usually taught by MJ. She makes me want to keep learning and improving. She breaks each move and transitions down, so you can get it. Then provides valuable feedback to help you do better. I took a class here while visiting from California. I took it with Paradise and she was amazing. Great studio and experience overall
This chair fit is not a easy class! The workouts are tough but worth it because it pushes you. The instructor as well as encouraging and always gives homework. Will be staying here for my fitness journey
