I had another great experience at I Am Nubian today, but this appointment was definitely bittersweet. I found out that Shen is moving on and will no longer be with the salon. While I’m sad to see her go, I’m also so happy for her as she starts her next chapter. Shen has always been warm, professional, and incredibly talented, and I’ve truly appreciated the care she’s given my hair. She will definitely be missed! Wishing her nothing but success and blessings in whatever comes next. ❤️~Romi
My experience at this salon was the best I ever experienced! All the staff are nice and the salon is very comforting. The jazz music is perfect for the ambiance. When the stylist are speaking it’s at a low tone. No one is yelling over each other. Very peaceful! I would recommend the salon to everyone.
Love, love LOVE this salon, Ive been coming here for about 2 years now and travel all the way from the West side of the bronx to get my hair cut and styled by Kanya! The experience is always relaxing and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. I can’t recommend this place enough 10 out of 10
